You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct & Online Features

When participating in online leaderboards, custom rooms, or multiplayer features:

• You agree not to exploit bugs, use cheats, automated bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• You agree not to manipulate or forge scores submitted to Supabase servers.
• We reserve the right to reset scores or suspend access for users who violate fair play guidelines.

4. In-Game Virtual Items

Lumira may feature virtual currency, coins, hints, or items. These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are licensed to you solely for use within the game.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

The app displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services linked via advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumira is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will function uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira's developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
