By downloading, opening, or using the PlayKovo mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

1. The service and eligibility

PlayKovo provides access to a mobile game catalog, guest play, optional accounts, favorites, recent games, cloud saves, and advertising-supported features. The service is intended for a general audience. If you are below the age at which you may enter a contract under local law, use it only with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. License to use the app

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Rights in the PlayKovo name, branding, app interface, and PlayKovo-owned content belong to us or our licensors.

3. Accounts and guest data

• Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for accurate registration information and for protecting access to your account.
• Favorites and recent games created as a guest may be merged with existing data in an account when you later sign in.
• Cloud saves work only for supported games. Synchronization is not guaranteed for every game or every kind of progress.
• Report suspected unauthorized use to [email protected].

4. Games and open-source licenses

The catalog may include games owned by PlayKovo, licensed content, and games provided under open-source licenses. Applicable open-source components remain governed by their own license terms; these terms do not reduce rights granted to you by an open-source license. Descriptions, controls, categories, and license information on a game page are provided for information.

Games may run inside a WebView, and some features may require a network connection, local storage, or a third-party resource. Availability depends on your device, connection, and the game's technical status.

5. Advertising and rewarded features

The service may be supported by advertising. Some games may provide an in-game benefit after an eligible ad is completed. These benefits have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money. We do not guarantee that an ad or reward will always be available.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the app, you must not:

• Use cheats, bots, automation, fake traffic, fraudulent ad interactions, or abuse a reward mechanism.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, game files, security controls, or servers.
• Disrupt normal operation, transmit malicious code, or interfere with another person's use.
• Copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law or by an applicable open-source license.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or conduct that creates a security risk.

7. Updates, changes, and termination

We may update, change, or remove the app, catalog, and features for security, compliance, or service improvement. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, security threats, or fraud. You retain the right to request deletion of your account.

8. Availability and liability

The service and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or any mandatory consumer right.
